This is a long overdue note regarding my mother, Bess, and the care Live Free is currently providing. In a nutshell, we feel very fortunate to have you all working with us to address the needs of Bess as she travels through these twilight years. Your willingness to offer to let one of your caregivers assist Bess with travel out to Ohio to see her sister was kind and practical.
I also want to recognize two outstanding employees of Live Free, Linn Maxwell and Paula Dockham. They have both been outstanding for our situation. They keep me informed and also discuss issues that may be arising so we can address them in a timely fashion with appropriate care. Today was a good example of both of them doing what they do so well, identifying and evaluating an issue, and the trip to the doctor was a very good idea.
I think the Live Free model is a great example of a win-win situation; folks get to stay independent in their home for as long as possible for a reasonable cost, which makes the whole package be a great value. So thank you for bringing this business to the Lakes Region.
