Tammy Miller – Executive Director
Tammy has been with Live Free Home Health Care since November of 2010, but began caregiving while a student in high school, spending overnights with an elderly dementia patient and eventually becoming the primary caregiver for her grandmother in her own home. She spent six years with a home care agency as Client Care Coordinator before joining Live Free Home Health Care.
Tammy is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and in her spare time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, baking, and being with family.
Paula Dockham – Clinical Director
Paula began her nursing career when she graduated from NHTC LPN program in 1995. Since then, Paula has had 20 years of experience in geriatric nursing , the majority of that time in skilled rehabilitative nursing. Always looking to garner new skills and advances in nursing, she obtained her IV certification in 2006 after completing an IV course through Catholic Medical Center in Manchester. In July of 2014, looking to grow and learn a different field of nursing, Paula joined the Live Free Home Health Care team and is so happy with this move. Paula expresses that she is so thankful to be part of such a caring and compassionate team that truly advocates for their clients.
Paula and her husband Dan live in Laconia. They have two sons, Cody and Dylan. They are avid Boston sports fans. Paula and her family enjoy spending time during the summer in Maine.
Allene Harvey − Office Manager
As Office Manager, Allene is responsible for billing, payroll, and ensuring all business and correspondence is handled in a timely manner. Allene started out as an LNA caregiver when LFHHC was just beginning in 2006. Allene feels strongly that LFHHC and the clients have the same goal: to help them be able to stay where their heart and fondest memories are, which is at home, for as long as possible. She also enjoys the team environment of LFHHC and the many caregivers with their individual talents and strengths.
Allene spent 16 years in the United States Air Force and was stationed in both Korea and Germany. She remembers Korea as a surprisingly beautiful place and the people really appreciated what little they had. In her free time, Allene enjoys hiking, canoeing, music, and gardening.
Christine Kean − Human Resources Coordinator
Christine joined the Live Free Home Health Care team in 2016 as a caregiver, but quickly transitioned into the office to provide administrative support for our office staff as our Human Resources Coordinator. Christine is responsible for hiring, training and orientation of new staff. She also strives to find suitably matched, quality caregivers for our clients and understands the importance of building a successful team.
Prior to joining Live Free, Christine spent time at home caring for her children, managing her husband’s business, and volunteering with the Newfound Area School District where her children attend school. Christine and her husband Justin live in Bristol with their six children. They all enjoy a variety of activities ranging from arts and music to a variety of sports. Above all, they enjoy time spent together as a family.
Patti Noyes-Oakley – LPN, AEMT
Patti has over 20 years of medical experience as an LNA, Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. Five years ago, upon graduating from nursing school, she joined the Live Free team. Patti says that she has found her niche in nursing. “Home care is for me! Being able to help a client in the home setting is very rewarding; it offers me the chance to interact with our clients in ways that you can’t in a doctor’s office or a nursing home. It’s the family atmosphere that keeps me here. I was born and raised in this area, and this makes it easy for me to connect to our clients. Having a commonality with each of my clients is something that, for me, makes the difference in my success as a nurse.”
In her spare time, Patti enjoys gardening, kayaking, and long distance walking. She is a 20-year member of her local fire department in Hebron, and she is a Nationally Registered Advanced Emergency Medical Technician. She is also a proud U.S. Army Veteran, having been stationed throughout the US, Germany, and Korea.
