Medical Alert System
Medical Alert
Our Medical Alert unit features a STRONG two-way voice communicator as well as a waterproof personal help button which can be worn around the neck or wrist. The personal help button can transmit up to 600-800 feet (depending on environmental conditions). The Medical Alert has an auto-self testing feature and can be set up with an inactivity timer, and for wellness checks. The rechargeable back-up battery ensures that even when the power goes out you will be able to reach the Care Center in the event of an emergency. Transmitters, such as our MedReady medication dispenser and smoke detectors can also be connected and monitored with specific Medical Alert units.
DigiCare™
Our DigiCare™ unit was designed specifically to work with VoIP/digital phone services. Traditional medical alert units were designed to work with plain old telephone service (POTS) and are unreliable when connected to a VoIP/digital phone line. With DigiCare™ you do not need to worry that your call may be lost during an emergency. DigiCare™ features a STRONG two-way voice communicator as well as a waterproof personal help button which can be worn around the neck or wrist. The personal help button can transmit up to 500 feet (depending on environment) and features an auto self-testing feature, remote telephone answering option, manual volume control, inactivity timer, and wellness check features.
