An Investment in Excellence
We know that additional training allows our caregivers to provide even more exceptional care to our clients. That’s why we offer all of our caregivers unique opportunities to further their education and advance their career via a formalized training program offered by the Institute for Professional Care Education (IPCed).
Our custom program offers three levels of training:
- Level 1, the “Certified” level, incorporates a variety of training tools to ensure caregiver skills stay sharp.
- Level 2 is called the “Specialized” level and it incorporates training in Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, and end of life care.
- Level 3 is called the “Master Caregiver” level and it incorporates training in Parkinson’s disease, first aid, and leadership, to name a few.
Completion of each level comes with a pay increase as an incentive for all our caregivers to learn new skills and grow their careers. All courses offered under our IPCed training program also count as CEU’s for our LNAs.
