Our Mission

Live Free Home Health Care, LLC is a Central New Hampshire based home care/home health care agency. Our mission is to enable individuals of the Lakes Region and Central New Hampshire to live independently in their homes using a team-based approach.

As a fully insured and licensed medical home care agency, we offer a wide range of services from companion care and assistance with activities of daily living to skilled nursing services. All care is supervised with frequent care assessments by a Registered Nurse in order to best provide for changing needs.

Family Owned

We are a family owned private company, living and operating in Central New Hampshire, and understand the uniqueness of New Hampshire and its residents. We know firsthand the importance of providing dignified and confidential home care and home healthcare to our clients, and each of our clients is cared for with the same standards we would use to care for our own family members. We accept clients for short or long term commitments.

Cohesive Care

We will coordinate home care or home health care with your primary care provider and family members to ensure quality cohesive care.
